Ashford Environmental Services Limited was awarded the contract on a competitive tender basis by consulting engineers, The Anslow Partnership.

The purpose of the extensive testing was to establish chilled water availability within the occupied building so that future expansion could be planned accurately.

The survey involved multiple recording devices logging temperature, humidity and flowrate every 15minutes over a six day continuous period.

Ashford also provided the controls expertise to carry out adjustments to facilitate the test process whilst maintaining environmental conditions for the occupants during normal hours.
