South Quay Plaza is a landmark development designed by world leading architects Foster + Partners. The building has been designed to maximise space in the 2.6 acres of gardens that surround it, allowing sunlight to flood the gardens and provide dual aspect views for many of the apartments.

Located just a few moments from the heart of London's fastest growing business district, London's Canary Wharf.

The 68 storey 220m building with 627 residential apartments will become part of a much larger development over time.  With a hydraulic break at level 33 on the water services the pressures on the pipework are reduced to safe levels.  However the building is being handed over sectionally every twenty floors which is a challenge that had to be overcome with the design and construction teams.  Ashford were a key part of the development stages of the project prior to construction. 

Ashford have been employed by Price Building Services to deliver the water treatment and HVAC commissioning.  Ashford commenced works on site at the begining of 2019 and the project is ongoing currently.
