Hotels have their own peculiarities with respect to commissioning.  HVAC for guest accommodation is usually served vertically via multiple risers resulting in extended commissioning durations when carrying out the iterative process of proportional balancing.  It is imperative that commissioning is carried out at the earliest opportunity if delays by finishing trades and over zealous floor construction managers locking off completed suites are to be avoided.
