💎EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH💎

January's employee of the month was awarded to, Matt Webb. Matt joined us in June 2014 as a trainee engineer so will be celebrating 10 years with Ashford this year.

Matt has recently completed the commissioning scope on our Tesla Gigafactory project in Berlin on what was a logistically challenging project, whilst in parallel managing early involvement with the preparation of test documentation for an upcoming large data centre project in London, as well as completing a fast-tracked commercial building validation in central Paris.

Matt not only carries out the hands-on HVAC testing & balancing to a high standard, but also utilised his in-depth commissioning knowledge to provide our client teams with key support through design reviews and technical problem solving. The detailed reports and documentation he produces often complement his abilities and values.

Matt has now gone on to work at a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Switzerland where he has been seconded as an Installation Verification engineer, providing valuable client-side TPL support. This particular role & project will undoubtedly further develop his knowledge of the life sciences sector commissioning, qualification & verification processes, which will be great progress to see for both Matt personally and the wider Ashford organisation.
