Excel London’s major expansion

We have been appointed by SES Engineering Services to support the delivery of Excel London’s major expansion project (phase 3), enhancing the venue's world-class conference, event and exhibition facilities.
Project Award – The Network Building
Ashford are pleased to announce that we have recently secured works at the Network Building for Essex.
The landmark building situated in Tottenham Court Road will deliver 134,000 sq.ft of office space and will be in the cntre of London’s ‘Knowledge Quarter’.

February's employee of the month was awarded to Mohamed Massaquoi.
Mo started with us in September 2017 and is a true example of how hard work pays off.
Project Complete – 5 Merchant Square
Ashford are pleased to announce that we have recently completed a validation exercise on 5 Merchant Square in Paddington.
The building has 262,000 sq ft of office space across 13 floors and Ashford have undertaken a 100% validation of all services within the building on behalf of JLL.

January's employee of the month was awarded to, Matt Webb. Matt joined us in June 2014 as a trainee engineer so will be celebrating 10 years with Ashford this year.
300 litres a second from a temporary pump!!!
Ashford have recently completed the manufacture of a modular pump housing which is currently being utilised on a large data centre project in the UK.
The bespoke housing contains inverter driven duty and standby pumps, in its current configuration with 300mm suction and discharge pipework it is connected to the system via 150mm braided stainless steel hoses and delivers over 300 litres second or 1 million litres an hour.
The big move!
📦 So, the big move is now complete and Ashford Environmental Services Limited are now working out of our brand new Swanley Depot with AshfordFM based above with 20+ desks on the first floor.
