March’s Employee of the Month has been awarded to Daniel Johnson!

Since joining Ashford as a Commissioning Trainee back in September 2022, Dan has continued to learn at a steady pace, assist his engineers and progress his knowledge with enthusiasm. Dan has a very good understanding of both Air and Water Systems now and is always conscious of programme dates, especially ones that may become more of a priority during difficult times of a demanding project. Having this ability allows Dan to prioritise his activities and focus on important stages of a project, which in turn allow him to deliver the required systems on time.

He is able to adapt to whatever is asked of him and always carries out his work with confidence and positivity too. Dan definitely has what it takes to become a good engineer.

Dan is nearing completion of the CSA DLC Part A and is currently waiting to sit the final test paper.
