With this in mind we think its important to promote and celebrate women in construction 🎉

In honour of Women in Construction Week, we had the pleasure of sitting down with Wiki to learn about her journey into the construction industry.

Wiki started with Ashford nearly 3 and a half years ago as a trainee Water Treatment Engineer, with no previous experience in our industry. Since then, she has impressed everyone with her positive attitude, rate of progress and professionalism - to the extent that we have had emails from clients singing her praises!

During our Q&A, we asked her what inspired her to pursue a career in a traditionally male-dominated field and what keeps her motivated every day. Her insights offer a unique perspective on the challenges and rewards of being a woman in construction.
