February’s Employee of the Month has been awarded to Louis Ham-Wallace!

Over the last few months, Louis has made impressive progress, mastering all our systems and taking on more responsibility. He now handles tasks like removing strainers, performing flow rates, dosing chemicals, and operating spinning pumps with ease.

Louis also manages site permits, safe starts, and recently won an award onsite for site safety and housekeeping. He keeps the stores and site box organised, checks chemical stock regularly, and ensures smooth deliveries and collections.

His punctuality, uniform standards, and positive attitude are exceptional, always completing tasks without complaint. Louis truly deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication.
