Ashford are pleased to announce that we have recently secured the Shell & core works on the Elephant & Castle Town Centre development for Borough.

The development forms part of the pr-existing community space and will offer residents and visitors local services including a new tube station.  Nearly 500 homes will be constructed on the development.
In line with environmental targets the project will be using the ‘chemical free’ process for water treatment works in line with VDI 2035.

Works on site are due to start Q2 2025
