Ashford are pleased to announce that we have recently secured works at the Network Building for Essex.

The landmark building situated in Tottenham Court Road will deliver 134,000 sq.ft of office space and will be in the cntre of London’s ‘Knowledge Quarter’.

Designed with a highly flexible floorplate system to accommodate different types of future use, the Network building is a net-zero carbon development that will utilise an all-electric strategy with electricity from renewable sources, low energy cooling and renewables.

Works on site are due to start Q2 2025.
