Ashford are pleased to announce that we have recently completed a validation exercise on 5 Merchant Square in Paddington.

The building has 262,000 sq ft of office space across 13 floors and Ashford have undertaken a 100% validation of all services within the building on behalf of JLL.

Full itemised reports have been complied and issued to JLL for review with detailed information on each and every unit.  Water quality samples have been taken across the building and were sent to a UKAS laboratory for independent testing.

To minimise disruption to the buildings users all works were carried out outside of normal working hours.
