April's employee of the month was awarded to Steve Wood.

Steve has been with us since October 2015 and has run numerous projects successfully as a lead/senior commissioning engineer. In recent years Steve has proved his engineering capabilities, leadership qualities and his ability to stay focused on the end goal when projects have become difficult and demanding.

Steve always feels it is a necessity to keep a good relationship with his team and his clients and this has shone through at his recent career review with Ashford’s management team. Steve’s dedication has also recently led to him receiving a ‘Gold Coin Award’ on his current project for his quick thinking which in turn prevented a potentially ruinous situation.

So, taking the recent months in to account and everything Steve has achieved, EOTM is well deserved! We would like to thank you Steve for your continued hard work and commitment. 🤝
