#embraceequality below our HR team are switching roles and experiencing a day in the life of our engineers out on site! It also happens to be Women in Constuction Week… 

In light of this we’d like to shine the spotlight on Wiki - our first ever female Water Treatment Assistant working on the front line and helping getting our jobs over the line! 

Wiki started with no experience and has been with us for nearly 18 months, passing her probation with flying colours and working on some of our most prestigious projects, including Battersea Power Station and South Quay Plaza!

We look forward to supporting Wiki as she progresses through her career here at Ashford and encourage other women with an interest in building services to get in contact to kickstart their career in construction!
