January's employee of the month was awarded to our Commissioning Engineer Albert Philpot 🏆

Albert has recently taken the commissioning lead on two significant projects. The first being K1 in Knightsbridge (2022) and he is currently running commissioning works at Poole Hospital. Both projects have been a challenge at times and involved a broad spectrum of Air & Water balancing methods.

Albert has been with us since March 2018, and he already shows a good knowledge of mechanical plant and its operation across the
board. Albert has the capability to work outside of his comfort zone in many situations and he is always willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Over the past few months, Albert has proved to work well under pressure, whilst also showing great team leadership ability! We would like to thank you Albert for all your recent efforts and continued commitment.
