Following application in December last year, Ashford has recently been accepted as a member of the Heating and Ventilating Contractors’
Association (HVCA). Independent assessors, BM Trada carried out assessments at our Staines Office and a number of projects to ensure that we meet the required criteria for membership.

The HVCA is the industry’s foremost trade body boasting hundreds of members across the UK and Northern Ireland. The HVCA represents the interests of firms active in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and
refrigeration (hvacr) products and equipment. As HVCA members we will be subject to regular, third-party inspection and assessment to ensure our continued technical and commercial competence.

Gaining HVCA membership is part of our continued development plan to make Ashford not only the employer of choice, but the industry’s choice when considering commissioning, flushing and water treatment.
Further developments are afoot, with The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) currently in progress and
Safecontractor in the pipeline.
