The development comprised the construction of a new 6 storey Clinical/maternity Block. Theatres, special care baby unit, isolation wards, standard wards, nuclear medical facilities, labs etc. are fully serviced by active chilled beams, radiant panels, 50 no. AHUs/extract fans, chillers, boilers and generators, medical gases, security/access systems, fire alarm & fighting systems, nurse call & nurse security systems.
