The development consisted of the construction of a new Centre for Cellular Integrative Biology over 6 storeys. The building is fully serviced with AHUs, chillers, generators etc. situated at roof and basement level within screened compounds. The laboratories were subject to two weeks of home office tests, including noise, temperature, humidity, pressure and smoke.
The £75M development had a mechanical and electrical services value in excess of £18M.
