The project consisted of fitting out areas of a purpose built shell & core building to Telehouse clients’ specifications and requirements. The fit-outs consisted of close control air conditioning, dual source critical and essential power facilities, ups, fire detection and fm200 suppression systems, security, BMS monitoring, Individual fit-outs varied from £100,000 to £3.5M.
