Watermark Place

Watermark Place is a land-mark riverside scheme being developed by UBS Global Asset Management and Oxford Properties in partnership with City Offices LLP. Watermark Place will provide 526,000 sq ft of new offices and A3 space and has typical floor plates of 34,000 to 54,000 sq ft. The building will provide the largest ublic riverside space in the City and will be enlivened with cafes, bars and restaurants. Our work began in earnest in November 2008 and ompletion is due in September 2009
