The development consisted of the construction of a new 6 storey office block giving 35,000 square metres of category A office accommodation. The building is fully serviced with AHUs, chillers, generators etc. situated at roof level within screened compounds.
The £60M development had a mechanical and electrical services value in excess of £14M.
